Randy Belansky, CPA, CVA, MBA

Randy Belansky is the Founder and Sole Member of Randy Belansky LLC.  Randy began his Company in 2003, and prior to its inception, Randy possessed a very unique background which included utilizing his financial expertise as a CPA at local, regional and national public accounting firms and also held accounting management roles in the corporate environment.  Randy believes this diverse work experience of over 30 years has allowed him to bring an invaluable resource to his clients.

Randy received his BSBA in Accounting from Robert Morris University in 1988 and later went on to obtain his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh in 1996.  Most recently, Randy passed the Certified Valuation Exam in July 2011 to attain the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).  This designation allows Randy to be recognized as "Certified" to complete Business Valuation work for his clients.

Randy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and now the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).  Randy is a Board Member for Southwinds, Inc. and has held other similar Board positions in the past.
